Unlike Google, Yahoo and Bing follows different algorithm. Page ranking improves mostly on various link building processes like blog posting, forum posting and link exchange. Mass submission doesn't quite help the ranking. Unlike Google page ranks doesn't get updates from time to time. It's takes it's own time.
