I just built a page in CSS and xhtml, just setting up the front end crap. The problem is if I minimize the browser window, or any browser's window for that matter, the page doesn't scroll to fit the rest of the material, elements move around.
I'm not quite sure how to just set up the CSS so that the whole page is completely fixed in place.
How do I use CSS to keep everything in place, no matter how I adjust the window?
