There are various types of methods, which can help you in making your website popular like building, blog posting, forum posting, bookmarking, social networking etc. These are implemented by SEO experts, which increase the popularity. So, there are many technical issues involved in this method, so I would say that SEO is not so easy process, as people think. A layman cannot do the job easily as an expert can do.
