For me, Social Bookmarking nowadays is loosing its priority..You submitted today on SB and it will be lost the next days..

Social bookmarking is always alive..It can be done with all social networking sites like facebook, twitter etc..
you can also find related sites/blogs/forums to do backlinking for your page and can start trading..The keywords and tag for ur content is more important
