It's well documented that you shouldnt duplicate content from page to page (obviously).
You also shouldnt duplicate titles.
How about description and keywords?
Does it matter that I duplicate those?

To some extent you can use same keywords for different pages but if its more then its called keyword stuffing.

Keyword stuffing is very important. Also, you have to be careful with it. Overusing the keywords may lead to the SPAM! Hence, be careful with keyword stuffing and do not use keywords more than 2%.
