Yesterday I was asked how a website would help a company during the recession, I raised the points below. How else would a website benefit a company during this recession?

sales through eCommerce continues to grow year-on-year
a website lets you accurately measure your advertising results compared to other forms of advertising.
It functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Websites are much more accessible, meaning you can easily reach potential new clients that you wouldn't be able to through other methods

for example you have a global client base immediately

It allows the company to trade/advertise worldwide.
