Prohibited sites

Trust for their opinions on the Google search engine, and what is not exciting. It can find a cache, you can ban the site, I guess. I can not be real human on the site had been banned. SEO is an ethical practice I am more accustomed. However, my site is prohibited. This behavior is not complete until it is justified. How can I convince a maddening way to solve this problem and Google? Or have not talked to anyone about. I am very disappointed that there is no problem. I do not know the proper solution to this problem.
