How to get webpage to be the right size for all screen sizes

I've just uploaded my webpage and I was wondering how to get it to be evenly porportioned to fit all screen sizes... Like 14" - 19"+ I coded it with a 14" monitor so when I look at it on a 19" it looks really little and out of porportion. Sorry if I've posted this message in the wrong forum group.
