First SEO Quake tells you the page rank of an individual page or a website depending where you are looking.
If you are looking in search engine it will tell you the Google page rank of every webpage you are looking at. It may be main URL (Uniform Resource Locator) or an inner URL of the website. This will enable you to see if you like the page. Not all websites get Google Page Rank so it is not the best factor to go off from, when assessing trust. Often reviews are the best place to search if a website should be trusted or not.
