This article really reminds me of some of my clients previously. But not all clients are like this, there are some that are really generous and understanding. We at the start of a project they have already shown kindness to me it gets me very determined and focus in finishing the project for them and I also do extra task just to make them happy. That is what other clients don't know of what it can do of being kind to workers.
