hosting my site with a free hosting company are they reliable or not...

I have been considering hosting my site with a free hosting company, but I'm a little concerned with their reliability. Can you shed some light?

Choosing the right web hosting service for your web site is as important as choosing a house for your family or an office for your business. A good web host can do wonders to your web site and a bad one can play havoc with it. if you already have a web site and are frustrated with your present hosts or are simply looking out for change (to brighten up your life!), jump straight to the page that lists my recommended reliable web hosting companies. Just keep in mind that my advice and suggestions regarding the various web hosts are based on my personal experience.

personally i wouldn't recommend it as free hosts generally come and go and can never guarantee there reliability or backups of your data

yup you're right! Most of the free hosting server will not send you a notification about your hosted files. They are not providing a free backup databases and files for the Free Hosted Members. It's better to buy your own hosting package than using a free hosting package. There are a lot of web hosting providers offer a different packages such as personal/business, reseller, shared and cloud hosting. If you're not happy with their services, then try to switch to another web hosting server. Change for the better.
