In my career as a software developer, I've been very lucky to work with some of the best and brightest minds of our profession. They come to help me when me now begin. They have helped to develop the both personally and professionally. I want to share and pass some of the things I learned during the years of my informal mentors.

Always be ready to learn. There are a lot of reasons. I'm reminded of the pace of technological changes, t at don. Although it is a great find their niche in the , you must not forget that any technology or product, you may not always be around. Both their career longevity, you must be prepared to ' keep up with the past. Another equally important reason is that you don ' t solved one way ' things, even if there are better options. If you are willing to learn and always searching for ways to improve yourself, you have to grow and your peers will come to your knowledge. Regardless of how much you think you know, there is always something to learn.
