Any good site for learning how to make a 'BLOG'?
I'm now really into studying web-developing and I realized that I couldln't make any good web site with my humble knowledge. I want to make a board and upload my pictures and essays but everyone just keeps telling me to use Yahoo blog.

What I want to do is coding my own web site with HTML,XHTML,HTML5,PHP and CSS.

So would you please let me know any good website or books to learn how to make or code those contents?
