Costs of the SEO efforts

Hi to all of you in here! I am, glad to be back on this forum after a long period of absence. I can see that there are some very familiar faces who are still hanging out in here. As you can see, I am now a manager of a very good SEO services company out there. My company has a website which has all the SEO features that I have I included by myself a long time ago. Now, I am about to design anther web based site and I think that a lot of SEO technologies and developments have been introduced during my absence. I am worried about the costs of SEO services so please just guide me about this matter.
