Registered Office and Business Impression
There are some dos and don'ts with regard to registered office. Company law in UK has laid some rules and regulations that every businessman is required to follow. For example, one cannot have this office anywhere he likes. There are some places that have legal validity for the purpose of registered office. One should run his office only in the authorised places.
